Motorola GP580 Ex ATEX radio — compact radio for Ex zones

The Motorola GP580 Ex ATEX is a compact, professional analogue radio from the GP series in an intrinsically safe (ATEX) design, with a full keypad and an alphanumeric/icon display. It supports up to 16 groups/channels, a phone book and one-touch dialling. The Blue ATEX version allowed work in a potentially explosive atmosphere without a mandatory holster. Model discontinued — its successor is the MOTOTRBO DP4000 Ex ATEX.
