Frequently asked questions (FAQ)
How does the PrimaX I differ from the PrimaX P?
The PrimaX I detects toxic gases and oxygen and has a housing made of antistatic, reinforced nylon — while the PrimaX P additionally detects combustible gases and has an explosion-proof aluminum housing.
What gases does the PrimaX I detect?
Oxygen and toxic gases, including ammonia, CO, chlorine, hydrogen, H2S, nitrogen oxides and sulfur dioxide — depending on the plug-in sensor used.
How does calibration of the PrimaX I work?
Calibration is performed using the built-in keypad, and replacing the plug-in sensor is fast and requires no specialist tools.
