4-gas calibration mixture 60DAQUAD-004 — 60 l gas cylinder
Certified calibration gas mixture for calibration, adjustment and bump testing of four-gas detectors. One cylinder serves all four measuring channels: hydrogen sulphide, carbon monoxide, methane and oxygen.

This is the composition most often used for four-gas instruments — the reduced oxygen level lets you verify the O₂ deficiency alarm, while methane and the toxic gases check the remaining channels in a single pass.
What it is for
- Bump test before use — a short check that the sensors and alarms respond.
- Adjustment — correcting the instrument readings to the reference values.
- Calibration — verifying the readings after adjustment.
- Works with docking and calibration stations, including Honeywell MicroDock II and IntelliDoX.

Safety and storage
- Use only with a compatible pressure regulator. The valve, regulator and fittings must be clean.
- Open the valve slowly. Work in a well-ventilated room.
- Store upright and secured against falling over.
- Markings: H280 — contains gas under pressure, may explode if heated. P403 — store in a well-ventilated place.
- Dispose of in line with local regulations. The cylinder is intended for recycling.
Every cylinder carries its own serial number, mixture code, date of manufacture and expiry date on the label — this lets you tie the reference unambiguously to the calibration record. The transport classification and hazard markings are printed directly on the cylinder.
Choosing the mixture
The composition given here suits typical four-gas detectors. If your instruments measure other gases or work to different alarm thresholds, we will prepare a mixture for that specific configuration — tell us which sensors your instruments carry.
