Honeywell AutoRAE 2 — automatic test and calibration system

AutoRAE 2 automates bump testing and calibration of RAE Systems (Honeywell) gas monitors — one-touch operation, no computer required. Deploy it as a single stand-alone cradle or a networked system supporting up to 10 units and 5 gases at once, with charging, SD-card data storage and records management in one device.

AutoRAE 2 is a modular automatic test and calibration system for RAE Systems (Honeywell) gas monitors. It simplifies daily fleet maintenance: one-touch bump testing, single-button calibration, battery charging and tidy records — all in one station, with no computer needed.

It can be deployed as a single stand-alone cradle for one instrument, or expanded into a controller-based system supporting up to 10 cradles and up to 5 different gases simultaneously — ideal for plants and services maintaining a larger monitor fleet. Upgradeable firmware protects your investment and a standard SD card keeps test and calibration records at your fingertips.
