The Honeywell Sensepoint is an economical, reliable sensor (head) for fixed gas-detection installations. It detects combustible and toxic gases as well as oxygen, using proven Surecell electrochemical sensors and poison-resistant catalytic pellistors. Mounted in Ex d or Ex e certified junction boxes, it can operate in explosion-hazard zones. The output signal connects to a Honeywell Analytics controller (e.g. Touchpoint Plus) or to a DCS/PLC control system.
