1. Data controller

The controller of your personal data is SafeTech Marian Hoppe Sp. z o.o., ul. Mikołaja Reja 38, 81-198 Suchy Dwór near Gdynia, Poland, KRS 0001146642, VAT ID 5871750020, REGON 540509205.

Contact on data protection matters: info@safetech.net.pl, tel. +48 531 557 055.

2. What data we process

The scope depends on which part of the site you use:

3. Purposes and legal bases

Providing data is voluntary but necessary to handle an enquiry, fulfil an order or set up an account in the customer area.

4. Cookies and similar technologies

TypeWhat they are forLegal basis
EssentialRemembering your cookie decision and the contents of the quote request cart. Stored in the browser’s local storage. No consent required (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — legitimate interest).
StatisticalGoogle Analytics 4 — anonymous traffic statistics, sources of visits, popularity of subpages.Only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
MarketingLinkedIn Insight Tag — measuring campaign effectiveness and tailoring communication.Only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

Google consent mode. The Google tag loads immediately, but until you give your consent it runs in a blocked state: it stores no cookies and creates no identifiers that could recognise you. It only sends an anonymous signal about the visit, used for aggregate estimates. Once you click “Accept all”, the tag switches to full mode and only then are the cookies listed in the table above stored. You can change your decision at any time by opening the cookie settings.

Until consent is given we run no statistical or marketing tools — the Google Analytics and LinkedIn scripts load only after “Accept all” is clicked.

Withdrawing consent: you may withdraw consent at any time by clicking Cookie settings (the link is also in the footer of every page). After withdrawal the banner appears again and the analytics tools are not started. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal. You can also manage cookie settings in your browser.

5. Fonts and external resources

The typeface used on the site (Manrope) is hosted on our own server. Opening a page does not connect to Google Fonts servers and does not send them your IP address. The site does not use external CDNs to load code or graphics.

6. Recipients of the data

We entrust data only to entities that support us technically, under data processing agreements (Art. 28 GDPR):

7. Transfers outside the European Economic Area

Some of our providers are based in the United States or use infrastructure outside the EEA. Transfers take place under the mechanisms set out in Chapter V of the GDPR — a European Commission adequacy decision (EU–US Data Privacy Framework) or standard contractual clauses, supplemented by additional security measures. We will provide a copy of the safeguards applied on request sent to info@safetech.net.pl.

8. Retention periods

9. Your rights

You have the right to: access your data and obtain a copy, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, objection to processing based on legitimate interest, and withdrawal of consent at any time.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority — the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland.

We do not take decisions about you based solely on automated processing, including profiling, that would produce legal effects. The equipment selection tool on the site is an aid only — the final choice is confirmed by a specialist.

10. Contact and changes to the policy

For any matter concerning personal data, write to info@safetech.net.pl or call +48 531 557 055.

We update this policy when the law changes or when the tools used on the site change. The current version is always available at this address.
