The Honeywell BW Clip is a maintenance-free single-gas detector that runs continuously once switched on — with no routine calibration, no sensor replacement, and no battery replacement or charging. Just activate it and clip it on. Available in 2-year versions (H₂S, CO, O₂, SO₂) and 3-year versions (H₂S or CO). The Surecell dual-reservoir sensor and the Reflex self-test function ensure reliability and a short response time even in tough conditions. Hibernation mode (case or IntelliDoX) can extend the life of the 2-year H₂S/CO versions to up to 3 years.

How does the BW Clip differ from the BW Solo?
The BW Clip is maintenance-free — the sensor and battery are non-replaceable, and the detector runs for 2 or 3 years. The BW Solo has a replaceable sensor, battery and filter and a wider range of gases, allowing longer-term use.
How long does the BW Clip last?
Two years for the H2S, CO, O2 or SO2 versions and three years for the H2S or CO versions. Hibernation mode lets you extend the life of the 2-year H2S/CO versions to as much as 3 years.
Does the BW Clip require calibration and sensor replacement?
It requires no routine calibration and no sensor or battery replacement for its entire operating life. Regular bump testing is recommended, however (e.g. with the IntelliDoX station).
