The Rosemount 975HR (Emerson) is a multi-spectrum infrared flame detector designed specifically to detect hydrogen and hydrocarbon flames. It detects fuel and hydrocarbon-gas fires from a long distance with high immunity to false alarms. It is a durable, weather-resistant fixed detector with a heated window (eliminating condensation and icing), low power consumption and a compact, lightweight design. It supports HART communication (on the 0–20 mA loop) and RS-485 Modbus for computer-controlled installations. Designed in accordance with IEC 61508 to SIL 3 (TÜV).
