SafeTech FS-5000C — ionising radiation detector (X, γ, β)
The SafeTech FS-5000C is a compact, professional ionising-radiation detector (X-ray, gamma and beta) for measuring and signalling doses in the low-to-medium range. At its heart is a high-sensitivity glass Geiger-Müller counter, controlled by a 32-bit, very low-power microprocessor. Results are shown on a colour 2.4″ TFT LCD, and three independent alarm channels — audible, LED light and vibration — instantly warn of threshold exceedances. It combines real-time dose-rate measurement, result logging and multi-channel signalling in a housing weighing just 160 g; ready to work straight after switch-on, without calibration.
