Ansell AlphaTec FLASH type CV/VP1 — Type 1 / Level A gas-tight protective suit

The Ansell AlphaTec FLASH type CV/VP1 (formerly Trellchem FLASH) is a reusable gas-tight protective suit providing Type 1 / Level A protection. Made of aramid material coated with chloroprene rubber with an internal multi-layer barrier laminate, it combines resistance to flames, chemicals and liquefied gases. Compliant with NFPA 1990 (1991) and the European standards EN 943-1/-2; approved for ATEX zones 2/21, 22 (chemical group IIA). The CV/VP1 construction features a hump and a visor, with the breathing apparatus worn inside the suit.

Note: A suit for the highest hazards (Type 1 / Level A). Protection against chemical fire and liquefied gases applies to the version with sewn-in socks/boots. The chemical resistance for a specific substance should be confirmed in the manufacturer's table.
