Ansell AlphaTec SUPER Type T — gas-tight protective suit type 1 (butyl/Viton)

The Ansell AlphaTec SUPER Type T (formerly Trellchem Super) is the most durable reusable gas-tight protective suit — the most durable in the range for the heaviest-duty chemical protection. Made of antistatic butyl rubber with an outer Viton® coating on a polyamide fabric, it offers exceptional resistance to alkalis, strong acids (including HF), petrochemicals, chlorinated solvents, aromatics and oils. Approved for explosion-hazard zones (ATEX).

Note: Chemical resistance for a specific substance should be confirmed in the Ansell resistance table. The breathing apparatus is usually worn inside (1a) or outside (1b) depending on the version.
